We offer a true Alaskan experience in our rustic handcrafted log cabin nestled in the woods of Sterling Alaska. We are just minutes from the Kenai River.
Inside, the cabin has beautiful handcrafted log furniture including one queen size bed and a twin daybed on the main floor and upstairs in the sleeping loft there are two twins beds. The cabin has a full bath. There is a kitchen table and chairs, microwave, toaster, and coffee pot. We have a beautiful gas fireplace on a rock hearth with a custom chainsaw carved mantel for you to relax by after a long day of fishing and sight seeing. Outside there is a propane Barbeque and a picnic table.

To add more family fun when you stay with us at Alaskan Wooden Bear Cabins , your host's have made chainsaw carvings of bears, fish, eagles, tree's and moose on the log cabin and all around the surrounding area outside. All you have to do is find them all and you will win a free chainsaw carving. (limit one carving per reservation).
