Alaskan Wooden Bear Cabins

We offer a true Alaskan experience with  handcrafted log cabins nestled in the woods of Sterling Alaska. Just a few minutes drive from the Kenai River.

THE BEARS CABIN

Beautiful handcrafted log furniture including one queen size bed and a twin daybed on the main floor,  in the sleeping loft there are two twins beds. The cabin has a full bath. There is a kitchen table and chairs, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, coffee pot and satellite TV., a beautiful gas fireplace on a rock hearth with  a custom chainsaw carved mantel for you to relax by after a long day of fishing and sight seeing. The Bear cabin has a spacious front porch with a comfortable log rocker, log bench and a barbecue to cook your fresh salmon on. This cabin is two stories with a sleeping loft.

THE MINERS CABIN

Furnished with handcrafted log furniture, one double bed and one bunkbed with double on the bottom and twin size on top, antiques and chainsaw carvings from your host's and their friends . The cabin has a full bath. There is a kitchen table and chairs, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster and TV with a VCR. The cabin is nice and cozy and has plenty of room for a couple or the whole family. There is a gas barbecue, a nice outdoor river rock fire pit and log benches to sit on and share your outdoor adventures with your friends. This cabin is one story, with no loft.

LOG CABIN RENTAL RATES FOR 2012:

       BEAR AND MINERS  CABIN

• $125.00 per night, double occupancy
  
• $25.00 per additional person
  
• Minimum of 6 night stay
  
• 5% Discount for stays over 7 nights starting May 13th-June 30th and August 13th- September 15th
  

•  We offer a 10% Military/Veteran discount with documentation on lodging
